Major scientific activity: methodology of foreign language teaching. Galina A. Kitaigorodskaya is the author of an original conception of a system of accelerated learning known as the Method of Activation of Individual and Group Potential (Kitaigorodskaya Method) and the initiator and organizer of its introduction into the educational system of Russia and CIS countries.
Dr. G. Kitaigorodskaya has published over 50 works on various aspects of accelerated learning, textbooks of French for elementary to advanced students, and has prepared 12 candidates of sciences. Dr. Kitaigorodskaya gives lectures on methodology of accelerated learning for teachers and students.
